The Catamaray Methodology

We are not a booking engine. We are an audit firm for the charter industry.

The Reality of the Brokerage Market

The vast majority of charter websites use identical API feeds pulling from the same global databases (NauSys, MMK). They slap a logo on it, allow you to filter by price, and collect a 20% commission while taking zero responsibility for the state of the boat when you arrive at the marina.

Our Filtration Protocol

We do not list every boat available. We list the boats that pass a strict set of criteria:

The 14% Acceptance Rate

Of the roughly 12,000 catamarans available globally for charter in any given season, fewer than 1,700 meet our criteria for condition, operator reliability, and pricing transparency.

Why Just Catamarans?

Monohulls are excellent for pure sailing. Motor yachts are excellent for speed. But for 90% of charter clients—families, groups of couples, corporate retreats—the catamaran represents the absolute pinnacle of spatial efficiency, stability at anchor, and payload capacity for modern amenities.

We specialized because specialization breeds expertise. We know exactly how a Lagoon 42 handles in a following sea compared to a Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42. We know which owners versions have the best helm visibility. We know the draft clearances.
